Tiling over bitumen!!

Hi all, I have been reading through some of the blogs regarding the subject of tiling over bitumen. I have been asked to lay limestone tiles over a bitumen covered floor. I like the idea of removing any loose bitumen, apply a slurry primer then tile over. My main concern is that they are having electric underfloor heating! Is this going to cause any problems with the remaining bitumen? Has any one out ther experienced this? Any guidance would be much appreciated.
oh, and what would be best mix for slurry?

Thanks for that, does the electrical underfloor heating go on top of the ditra mat?
