I've told customer that if there's damp from the cistern (above) that they'll have to get plumber in to rectify and allow time to dry before the tiles go on.
As for priming, was going to go for an acrylic primer? The sustrate is plaster, from what I can see it looks to be in good condition.
They want 6'' plain white tiles to match what I'm removing as all damaged/missing.
Intending to seal 'bottom' course at steel urinal with silicon bead.
