just what i was thinking,ive never used epoxy but heard its like spreading chewing gum.surely for food areas only?

I used it once as i wanted a true black for a granite floor. Freezing cold flat with no heating, it was quite simply a nightmare!

Working in public loos and other people bathrooms certainly stops you biting your nails!

done loads off pub refurbs, they usually want you in and out as quick as poss,
as for grout i quite like bal microban, deffo dont need epoxy,as scott as said

Normal white grout will be fine. No matter what you use they will still get dirty probably down to cleaning with bleach or not cleaning at all.
Epoxy is overkill and as said wouold take more time than the tiling plus extra costs.
