Tiling with porcelain on an asphalt covered balcony that is the roof of a first floor bedroom

Hi, newbie here

I am looking to get my balcony tiled (13m2) with 90x60x2cm tiles. The balcony is the roof of a ground floor bedroom, was made in the 1960s and the roof is covered in bitumen asphalt to waterproof it.

I have had 2 opionions of what to do here,

1. cement over the balcony asphalt and then lay the tiles on top
2 . use plastic pedestals onto the bitumen and lay the tiles on that.

The issue with the first options is if there is a leak I will need to take up the tile and cement to fix the leak which could b alot of work. or in the case I need to refelt the roof.? Is this a good idea ?

The issue with second options is will the tile pedastals hold the weight of the tile, will they squeek and will they be unsightly ?

is there a 3rd option I didn't think of?

Thanks
Jim
