Had my best year yet last year so hopefully 2013 will bring much the same. Keen to get the foot in the door with a tile/bathroom supplier and more builders/plumbers but as long as I can keep 3-4 weeks ahead of myself I'll be happy enough. Wouldn't mind taking a helper on a few days a week but will play it by ear.

Was reading the NHBC stats today and they reckon house completions are up around 12% this year and are anticipated to increase by a similar number next. Add that to the cash released for school and hospital building and I think things whilst still very very tough are likely to improve over the next year
