Toilet removal

Hi all

I will shortly be tiling a full bathroom and intend on stripping everything back to stud partitions and starting from scratch...It's for the in-laws who are getting on a bit and they only have one toilet in their home.
My question is should I leave the toilet connected and only remove it when i'm starting work in that area or would you disconnect and re-connect at the end of every day?Thinking it will take 5-6 days to complete.

Obviously no point removing it until you've got to. Then move and put back on days when you need to.
Or am I missing something.....?

As above, don't take it out 'til you need to, then put it back at the end of every day.

I take it the floor will be tiled also?

Are you a tiler or diy'er?

Doing a bathroom with only one toilet in the house is always difficult especially if they're at home all day, if the floor is to be tiled what do you plan on tiling on?

You can buy a chemical toilet for under £100 and you've solved this problem for many years to come.

I quite fancy one of those portable toilets they had on Dragons Den on Sunday, it consists of a three legged buffet with a hole in the middle.

Saw that, good for an emergencys..

just leave the toilet in place, take the cistern off and flush using a bucket of water, this way you can tile all the walls and just take the toilet out to tile the floor, half a day max without a bog..
