I got an email about property in FLORIDA for £30,000

Seems cheap?

Well they also promise 10% Rental yield and 250% return on investment.

What I'd like to know is the annual running costs!

I see a lot of these emails but this one looks slick...

Read the small print.america is in deep recession so houses are def at rock bottom seemingly.florida is a nice state.i was out in disneyland 2 years ago.loved it.

Freind of mine has just sold a property in Florida. Not sure exactly where but not far from Disneyland. He said the rental property market there is quite bouyant. He bought it about 4 years ago spent 3 months there himself a year and then rented it out for the rest of the year on a 3 month short term let basis and says he has doubled his money on the sale but it was never unoccupied. I guess proximity to Disney helped but there you go. Sadly reason he sold was cos his wife passed away so the money makes little difference - he would rather she was still here.

A quick search and it seems that they have a lot of fingers in a lot of pies, I believe thay are a trading style/name of 'On The Move Ltd' I'd do a bit more research on the parent company.

Also if you look at them on Google maps (via street view) they appear to be in a purely residential street, If so you'd have to ask yourself why the don't have offices

HHMMMMMMM.......

There has been a lot of "funny business" going on in FLA for a long time. I wouldn't get involved in ANYTHING in FLA unless I could be there and see everything first hand.

I know people that have lost their *** on sure-thing deals in The Sunshine State. :yikes:

is it the King of Nigeria who is running the business? sounds like a scam to me, if it was that good a deal, why are they wanting to share it?

I am such a sceptic about these things.

On the plus side I know property is cheap in Florida (Even USA) but maybe its too good to be true.

I am a bit of an armchair dreamer... Perhaps its the safe way to be.

Perhaps if 52 of us got together with £576 each (£30,000) we could buy it outright and then have a week each out there forever....

Mind you I bet I would end up with the second week in Jan every year!!!

I don't think 30k is the asking price, you are pooling your money with others to buy a stake in the apartments

Hi i stayed there on hols !!!!! i'd tile there for free if they paid expenses and put my whole family up for a while,and of course theme park tickets galore:drool5:
