I buy one (£33500) then rent it out for £500 a week.

In 67 weeks I get my money back. Thats one year and 15 weeks....

And then for the tilers forum I give a week free every month as a prize. So it will take me 12 weeks longer to get my money back.

Richard the only problem you wouldn't get £500 a week where it is to far from the action you can pick a 4 bed house with a pool for £300 a week if you are careful a lot closer to the rat
