The clash are my all time favorite band, my London calling cd as been in my cd changer for 11yrs, got the cd after the LP wore out.

I missed my chance for Zep because John Bonham died, and the same for AC DC with Bon Scott. Those two would certainly have been in my top 5.

I couldn't get tickets for The Who when they came to the DC area in '82.:mad2:

And I was sick as a dog when Sabbath was here one time (all original, with Ozzy able to move under his own power :lol

But of the ones I've seen...wow, hard to choose...these would be on the list:

4. Willie Dixon and the Chicago Blues Allstars
5. Rush

Yes UB40 are still going.. i saw them at Newcaste arena 2009.. top night out.. and they were topped with Maxi priest..

memories are flooding back... UK Subs were great, ( had my first ever toot with Nicky Garrett:lol Joy Division were awesome supporting Stranglers, Gene Loves Jezebel great live band, original Sisters of Mercy blew me away, Banshees well it was worth it just to hear the best guitarist in the world (John Mcgeoch) on a few occassions, Killing Joke Jaz Colman always made me shirk, awesome stage charisma.
Probs the only band that I didn't see and no chance now, were the mighty Clash!
