I used to shop at Topps Tiles all over North London, always good experience with those guys, they all got good reviews from me on Google Map

from time to time I've used them, they always seemed a bit disinterested and surly from my experience, and some of the tiles have been problematic, particularly the low end metros with excessive buckling and scratched/faulty glaze, but apart from that as you'd expect a big corporate to be really.
