I have used platinum pads too for the last 3 years and desperately need some more cant find anyone that sells them though,may pick up a few pairs if I can find them

Alpros with no straps for me, just trail them about with my knees. Never liked the Red backs. Gave them to another tiler and he didn't like them either. Alpros are hard to beat.

Love my Alpros.As allready been said, the straps let them down.Cant tighten them enough.Even though the pads are light I need to adjust them on my legs due to them moving around on my knees.need to gaffer tape them on but for the price on them ,you shouldnt have too.
