Tradetiler phone number constantly engaged

Is Tradetiler just very busy or is there a problem with their phones?. I needed to get through this afternoon to place an order for delivery today!

My fault! I should have written more clearly. What I meant to say was that I wanted to place an order before 5pm,so that it would be delivered the next day.

Yeah got through this morning,but forgot to ask why he was engaged for so long yesterday afternoon. And if you wanted to place an order with Tradetiler this morning and the line was engaged for ages.........it was me!
