Is there many other courses that run in birmingham?

If your looking for a recognised qualification, Chase Tiling Academy is the only one in the UK that offers an ICA followed by an NVQ2.

South Birmingham College also offers 'full-time' Wall and Floor Tiling courses.... Might be worth a look if you can't afford an intensive course from one of the dedicated centres.
