Trav onto a new screed?

But sorry to ark on about the original point of my question..... how long to dry bearing in mind the ditra on top ?

Soon as you can walk on it according to Schluter. The issue here is that the heating should not be comissioned for 28 days and it must be comissioned prior to tiling. I am not sure what Schluters take is on putting the matting down on an uncomissioned heating system.

They say it is fine as long as the heat is introduced slowly.. i did mention this a while back on the phone Al... .. Must be an age thing:lol:

And would i use the Bal Green to stick the ditra and the Trav ?

Edit.. just looked at the bal green screed, looks ok for laying the ditra but as its grey i think a spf white fot the trav ??

I'd use the green screed or the ditra Kev and then use spf for the trav
