This is living room. Wire around 100W to feet warming mostly in the middle (furniture around).
I hope I can go without uncoupling membrane in that case.

You said 10 mm insulattion. Is 6 mm not enough (flat on second floor)?


Imho greg , 10mm gives the best return U-value but if you want 6mm then thats ok , just the heat loss will be more ..
