Trim between mosaic and tile in shower

i'd change edging trim for a chrome listello of some sort,
but i'd be slightly worried about the whole ply in the shower situation

it's got to be listello's for mid walls mate,why even use them why not just use the mosaics? you don't really need any inserts!
