Manufacturer specified 3mm bed for these large format (2.4x1.2m) tiles, and that's what the build prepped for. Now I'm wondering what trowel to use to get the best results; was going for a u-notched one, but now I'm wondering whether a tiger trowel would be better? Though I can't find any info about the thickness of bed it leaves once the tiles are down. Any advice appreciated!
