Trowel Notch Size??

Hi All,

I'm finally ready to tile my bathroom walls after getting all the prep done, Hardi 500 etc.

The tiles I'm using are 500mm x 200mm x 8mm thick ceramic and will be fixed using a standard set bagged tile adhesive (sorry the name escapes me but was recommended on here)

Can you please advise on what size notch I should be using for the tiles above?

8mm square notch if the walls are bang on, 10mm if there are a few ups and downs. I use a 10 for most wall tiling.

The walls are perfect as I have ended up truing them all as they were so far out before.

That size tile I would go for a 10mm same as Bri
