trying to find a discontinued tile

We are trying to locate a tile we got from color tile. It is a 12x12 ceramic tile #6687651 called "cascade dawn" can you please check to see if you or your other stores may have this.

Thank you very much, recently an area of tile in the middle of a large tiled area raised and broke.
I don't know if the concrete below shifted or what caused the break. The rest of the room is perfect.

as for the tiles bulging it probably an expansion problem with the substrate and the tiles...

i am trying to locate a jade green (verde) bathroom floor tile. The size is 31 x 31 cm and has a mat finish. They were purchased about 2 1/2 years ago. Ideally i would like a minimum of 6 the only marking on the back is portugal please phone 07974973979
