Turning into my Grandad

Once upon a time, many years ago, I had what could possibly be called the ideal body shape. No longer though thanks to years of abuse, carbohydrates, buidlers breakfasts etc etc. Anyway, I have always worn a belt to hold me troots up but unfortunately My hips are no longer as wide as my waist. I had the choice of tightening my belt, doing loads of excercise to get back in shape or start wearing braces like my old grandad. I chose the easy option and bought some braces. Any other ideas for holding up me trousers welcome............:lol: Anyone else out there wear braces regularly?

Dave - I appear to be an inbetweenee. One size too big - the other too small. Anyway if I buy them to fit me waist they go past me hips.......:yikes:

By the way I am doing that radical fad diet called eat less food and do more excercise
