Call today from builder, wanted a price to lay Mandarin stone (56m) heated screed not commissioned, no expansion joints in screed and said that durabase / ditra is a waste of time, he's never had a problem without it, told him I wasn't interested, he got quite vocal!
sounds like someone I know
