UFH Heat problem with marble floor

looks like they're just trying to make money out of your problem. i've laid several warm up systems but never commisioned one but a customer told me his works ok but not very warm. his was from topps too but not sure of the wattage. good luck with sorting it but maybe you'll get more luck on the electrical forum as it sounds more like an electrical problem than tiling

what kind of marble is this some are like swiss cheese some are very dense how many watts does your room need ask your plummer most have a scale to work this out .8mm marble is asking a lot to retain heat . only the dense will hold this
