UFH under a shower floor

I can't find anything definite about this subject, can anyone help please?

we are having a 1.4m x 1.4m walk in shower in our bathroom. tiled walls 2 sides, clear glass one side, open the remaining side. the floor is going to be level to the rest of the bathroom and the waste exits through a wall drain (see Geberit shower system).

Is it usual to heat in the shower enclosure? or is there any reason NOT to do it?

did you do the fall and the waterproofing before or after you laid the UFH?
any tips on that would also be appreciated
