UFH with Tilesafe tanking kit

Hi,

can UFH be laid, then latex on top, then Tilesafe tanking kit?? or does it have to be on top of the membrane?

From what I understand about the Tile Safe membrane it goes down 1st and the UFH ontop.
Also the maximum output should be 100w per metre.

Tile safe do recommend Mapei Keraquick addy.

thanks John, that's what i thought, however, my customer is installing UFT on the full 1st floor of the house that lead to 5 separate en-suite wetrooms. Im just worried about floor levels if he goes ahead and installs UFH with his contractor then im left with the mess before the membrane and wetdec have been installed.

Any advise?

Your've to tell them whats what before the ufh has been laid.

OK, I've just never had a project this big and I want perfection, so a little advise goes a long way. I'll tell him to lay 12mm ply and thermal backer board, then wetdec and UFT, then latex the lot - makes sense! ... cheers!
