Time's Ran Out

I've got one and it's GREAT!
Used it twice in 20 years for that 'brick slip' job when they come around.
Brick slips were popular about 20 and 10 years ago around Agas and cooker recesses and we'd stick the thin pieces of brick face onto boards to form pillars - then we'd point them in using this amazing gun.
Should think that the trend will be coming around again soon so I'll have to get it out of store in anticipation.
We 'built' 2 houses in the Victorian Street at the Museum of London using this method a good few years ago - I'll have to go and have a look to see if it's still standing!

Sadly no but it is very good stopping pinholes. we had to stop some geordie " tilers" from cleaning off grout with diesel fuel oil and sawdust :yikes:

Years ago old tilers used to use sawdust i admit in my young days i did once . until i thought about the consequence = bits of wood stuck in joints. so never used it again.
if i need to polish off i use driers = dry grout-dry mix of sand & cement etc.

Or if the joints are widish like on terracotta or stone point in leave use a black pad on a vilda pad holder and scub when it nearly off = perfect flat joint.
