Just spotted this 100m from my home.
No idea if it's cheap or what but thought it was worth posting.
Couldn't see any marks on it, apart from bird crap,
where it's been sat under tree! 🙄

That's very similar to over here to be honest.

I think a lot of people don't use their accountants enough.

I bought one 32.600 sold it 25.000 after 18 months and had offset it against a tax bill and half a year use again the next tax bill. Didn't really lose anything.
