Thanks John and co. On the name, I was trying to be ironic! OK, I accept that it all has to come up. I even accept that this is going to cost a small fortune because she who must be obeyed will want the same high quality tiles again. That said, it can't happen until after the new year as the finances won't allow for it. John - what product (Silicone/rubber) do I buy to make good for now? B
