Victorian floor tiles

I have some victorian floor tiles in my porch, they are very clean but dull. Is there anything I can put on to add a bit of shine to them? They seem very porous, also it must be non slip as its a busy thoroughfare.

I would get someone in local to you to revamp these tiles; Victorian tiles are specialist work and should be handled with care by a pro.
