Victorian project in Moscow

Hi all
long time no speak life has been far to busy to spend any time with the family let alone online!

i have been spending time in Moscow teaching teams of Russian Tilers the principles of Victorian tiling, however the task is mammoth as there is over 9000 m2 consisting of over 2,000,000 tiles, over 22 bespoke patterns.
The level of competence between the 30 or so Tilersforum varies hugely, i have been teaching via an interpreter which has been difficult, the client and the project manager are concerned that the project will take to long as they have a proposed completion date of the end of the year.

They have invited me to return regularly until the project is complete and expressed an interest in me bringing a team to aid progress,the client is a high powered Russian billionaire and is prepared to pay great rates of pay all expenses and great hospitality, I have been looked after incredibly well.

Sounds like a great way to experience tiling in different environments/ cultures.
Imagine the experience you could gain and bring home.
If any tilers have a chance of doing something like this in the world I would recommend it.
My tiler nephew spent several months in Iraq last year tiling an Embassy bomb shelter!!
What an eye opener

thanks for your replies wifi is intermittent in my hotel, when I return to the uk I shall reply to you all in person
it really is an interesting project.its looking more and more likely that I will be required to get a team together of what size I have no idea
