They are not cheap Mark, a lot depends on the tile chosen, also some borders can be very expensive per lin m.

lovely overall but the borders need allot of work (stretching and compressing and fiddling) If its one thing I know for sure its that the customers designs belong in the bin except for the overall look they want.

have to agree with you there ceramico about some of the stupid plans customers come up with amd they simply cant comprehend there failure!!
