Wakefield Black Slate Bathroom Floor Refurbishment

I have a black slate floor in need of some refurbishment. It has been down about 8 years and has been stripped and released a few times. Some of the grout is grubby in places but the main problem is that the slate has marks on that just scrubbing won't remove. The picture below gives an idea of the size of the room.
