Just recieved a £300 water bill, then while watching tv saw that oxfam can supply a family with water for £2 a month, think i'm changing supplier.

So what happens during a hosepipe ban? Other than your not allowed to use a hosepipe? Obviously here we have water that literally falls from the sky (albeit too often) and things like rivers and lochs so generally there's quite a bit to spare. In fact if I look out my window I see plenty...
