Wax coating on porcelain tiles

Hi to those who have already given me such good advice. It is hard to believe that you good people have the time and goodwill to respond so quickly so thank you very much for your time.

The next question I have for Ajax 123 is what product did the lady use to de-wax her tiles please?

If anybody buys these tiles from BQ they should read my post on them. Thanks for the advice on removing the wax
