Weber Premium Grout - grey - issues!

Hello all,

Has anyone experienced issues with Weber Premium Grout?

Was applied over 3 weeks ago and has various patching issues. I have contacted Weber but they are useless! Rather than accept liability that there is a problem with their product, they are suggesting that the environment might be the issue. The area is a heated, ventilated bathroom on 3 walls with no water sources near. The patching is all over so clearly an issue with their product! DO NOT USE!

I use it all the time with great results . Over wetting whilst washing off and polymer residues can give a patchy look.

Have to agree. weber is my go to grout and it sounds like over wetting.
Try giving it another good wash off
