I have bad experience with Weber adhesive. When I tiled on plywood next day I noticed small crack between tile and adhesive , after 3 weeks some tiles become loose! I wouldn't use this adhesive on anything else than concrete floors and solid walls. It feels right and sticky when you tiling but when dry you can crush it in your fingers. I also noticed there aren't any certificates which is suspicious.

It was more than year ago, I don't remember bags colour. It was on plywood walls that tiles come loose, it was good on the floor (Ditra). Tiles were 60x60 thin composite very flexible.

I'm not very experienced with Webber, i've always used BAL. However, CTD haver had a lot of promotions on Webber lately so i've started using it. Not had any complaints so far, and it's cheaper. Which, current climate and all that works for me!

Ali, thats why we started using Weber as its just as good as Bal & a lot cheaper usually.

Same here, always used BAL but with CTD's offers its hard to justify the price difference and in the present climate every little helps, had great service from CTD in Bristol as well, not used Weber before, am starting tiling this friday so fingers crossed!, got 8 bags of it so will check colour and let you know......

True Tiling

Never had any issues with Weber. I changed about 1 year ago from BAL. I trust this brand as their tiling product range contains the best tiling knowledge I have ever seen and their products are very, very sound as I see. Bear it in mind that Saint Gobain make their products, and they are one of the biggest companies in the world - they wouldn't launch a bad product.
