Know what you mean Doug, where I lived, we were all into different music types, so we'd chop and change and exchange vinyl with each other, so there was never any problems with gangs, but some of the skins used to go down to brighton to fight the mods at the weekends. In fact a lot of the music was very similar i.e. Oi, punk and mod, especially the real hard core stuff
