Whale Splashback!!

Has anyone ever had a request like this!I went out to quote an old/odd couple the other evening,they wanted a kitchen splashback over 6m2.When i asked for a look at the tiles they had bought the old dear disappeared and came back with 50 x 50 porcelain tile!!!!!
To make it better the old man had set the job out himself for me!!
Then the old dear went in the other room, so as i was working out a price i started to chat with the guy, then she shouts from the other room"we dont want any of your chat just give us the price and when you can do it"
Customers.Tiling would be so easy without them!!!!

personally i wouldnt take the job because if they are that rude on the quotatn what are they going to be like when you are working in there kitchen. i know its not good to refuse work but i get the feeling that they are the type of people that will never be satisfied and will try to make out that ur trying to rip them off. maybe im wrong but i still wouldnt take it. i would just say that i was booked for weeks and wont be able to start for a while.

Thanks mate thats exactly what i did as they were desperate to get it done i gave them a date too far away so it was done politely
