The van wasn't local but I'm friends with the chief fire officer & will be asking why I never got a shout for the job.

Oh & the local garage has just had the floor done, wait till I post photos of that.

No two different crews,

These steps were done by a "tiler" from Lanarkshire I think & the garage floor was done by a plasterer from Edinburgh, he was part of a shop fitting mob.

The manager of the garage recommended me for the job but the new owner wanted it done ASAP.

You will not believe this floor when I get the pics.

That, it has to be said, is pretty hilarious.

Perhaps the fireman could hose it down a bit to make it more acceptable , with any luck it may wash the tiles away as well as the grout.
