What do topps tiles need to do to fix their bad reputation?

It's well known amongst everyone here that Topps don't have the greatest reputation on here?

if you were running the show...what would you change or implement?

£48 for SPF, wow.
Bangor branch had the BAL Pourable Adhesive for Stone in White at over £50+ a bag. I said to them straight that it was a total rip off.
He said we just sold a pallet to a chap, and was quite chuffed at himself.
Poor bloke, totally ripped off.
