1 walk through house with customer (with pencil) mark out finishing points of floor and wall tiles discuss paterns and border placement (write notes on walls and floors if needed)

2 check tiles with customer marking on boxes which tile goes were borders ect check batch numbers and tiles with customer (face to face and size) that way customer knows from the start the quality of his tiles

3 set out area to start tiling floors or walls get tools ready to start

4 mix a batch of adh wile it sits for 5 mins. shade tiles and move them to were you wish to start then re mix adh

5 start tiling

Too easy,
Conduct onsite saftey inspection
Have a walk thru with the customer , comfirm tile placement.
Grab the delivery docket for the tiles and check amounts and that all codes match.
Use a 2 metre straight edge to check wall floor flatness/recify if needed
Measure and comfirm falls to wastes rectify if needed
Check for other potential problems, arc thickness doorways/ bathtub overhang etc.
Cut around door jams.
Grab laser /level /chalkline and setout.
Load 4 boxes of tile onto trolley and wheel to start point of job.
Setup grinder and cutter and mixer.
mix adhesive and tile.
