replace mate unless asbestos soffits that will cost a fortune to remove, me and my mate do a few of these quite easy compared with tiling buddy with scafolding basicly rip off and nail the upvc ones on with poly pins the soffit fits into the groove of the facia then put your gutter up with aid of a chalk line to get the fall, peice of cake 🙂
