Approximatley 30m2 of Karndean flooring. Not sure if any one on here does Karndean and I will post this on the flooring forum.
Freind is looking to have Karndean on concrete floor - should be flat and level as is self compacting flowing concrete but would accept that most karndean installers will insist on levelling compound anyway.
ANy info on what a reasonable price per m2 would be for preparation, priming, levelling then installing the Karndean tiles would be appreciated.
