Are you confident in pricing jobs, dealing with customers etc? Remember, presentation is everything! You may be higher priced than others but if your presented well, 9 times out of 10 they will go with you. Professional looking quotes & invoices (Not the back of a *** packet), A uniform (Not jeans & t-shirt), answer your phone, arrive when you say you will & be polite. It goes a long way!

Not dealt with customers as yet, so that area i am complete amature. But i have trousers, pads and have polo shirts on order with name as logo. My bro inlaw is a web designer so that is going to be a big advantidge, but lack in photos, so may have to design that at later stage.
The rest will come i suppose. Thanks again for advice, much appreciated
