Do you guys use /recommend for washing your vans and jobs, i have a sthil but it s crap so thinking of getting a new one like this Karcher K5 Premium Eco Home & Car Pressure Washer Bundle - Karcher K5 K6 and K7 Series - CleanStore ?

That's a lot of money if you're just using it to clean the van and a few things at home Dave, I got a K2 last year for £100 with loads of accessories like the patio cleaner, brush attachment, cleaning chemicals etc and it's a very powerful little unit.

im looking for one too actually !! im terrible for washing the van through winter ! its dirty in minutes !! just off to clean it out and do the insides now too !

I have a Karcher K2 and its been fine for over 5 years. Neighbour has a bigger one for his MX bikes but he leaves it in the cold garage over winter. If he uses it before it thaws out you can break parts inside.
Anyway no problems with mine but looking at buying a drive cleaner for it now.

Great ! thinking about it, all i ever do is wash the motors and sometimes spay the drive over to blow a bit of moss -off , thanks guys i will look at the k2 then .......

You can't go wrong mate. I have one too and love it! I had a part crack internally last year and lost a lot of pressure. It was out of warranty, but karcher picked it up & repaired it all for a good price and changed a few other bits to get it as good as new. Great company!

These are warranty returns that have been remanufactured by Karcher and stuff with damaged boxes etc.

I picked up a K5.700 from there with T400 racer for half price a few years back, it's not missed a beat. I wash our car weekly with it and keep a 60m2 deck clean with it.

I got a Nilfisk couple years ago, came with patio cleaner and drain cleaner, I chose it having had a read about pressure washer impellers and how some are made from metal and stronger than ones made of plastic.
