I've taken a joint venture this week, bathroom re-model. I need to remove an old cast iron bath, fit a new bath. Remove an old radiator, re-route pipework to the other side of the bathroom, and fit chrome towel rail. Tile about 10m2 in 15cmx15cm travertine and then fit wood flooring. There are two of us on the job and will get it done in 3 days. How much would you be looking to charge?

Personnally i'd just times your day rate by 6!

charge for the week mate you never know you may come across a few probs and that will delay the job leaving you on a lower day rate and if you finish it in the 3 days all the better, more money.:8:

I would definately be allowing four days for that so my base price would be 1600 quid for two of us plus materials, possibly a bit more if I didn't really want to do it ie. if its a poxy awkward job and the place is a s**t hole.
