Being asked back to do more work and being recommended by customers, speaks volumes to me.

Being willing to spend an extra day on a job to get the best finish possible, even if it's eating into your price.

Obviously attention to detail, layout, foresight and problem solving have a big part to play too. And the patience of a saint.

All above, but I tend to plan each day, (each job) on the way to work. Even worse I sometimes go through the job the day/ night before.:yikes:

Nothing worse than not being able to sleep for thinking about a job and when you do get there the next day you feel knackered!
