What would you charge for this

Just had a phone call from TG, they got a woman in the shop who needs approximately 4msq tiling before 8.30am tomorrow. Apparently her house had a squatter, who they have now removed, with the help of her local MP,and she has got the daily mail doing a story about it but they want to have before and after pics. Hence the rush job. Also found out they are to have 2x 3m worktops replaced, and a new sink, and hob fitted tonight. All in about 13hrs, is this possible?and what sort of price should i charge her.

Charge a day rate plus mats?

I'd just charge your hourly rate and materials Phil, get the floor laid then do the worktops while waiting for addy to set up before grouting. Or would you have to walk on tiles to do worktops?

I would charge my normal day rate plus materials, with at least 25% on top for working through the night.

172 for walls inc addy, grout and silicone etc
around 120 for floor plus some kind of surcharge

Dont be fooled thinking she wont be getting some sort of kick back from the tabloids

Still waiting for the final go ahead, TG says she has bought 150x150 whites, and some 100x100 green tiles, as a feature row, 1 bag keraquick white, 1 bag coulour plus white, but no trims :yikes:
