whats best price or day rate

im pricing up a floor, 30m2, do i price it by the metre, if so what is a rough price, i was given £35 m2, as a guide, is that a fair price.

or do i go for day rate, and what is a rough price for that to. tiles are porcalin with no arkward cuts.

any advice would great,

Is that just labour or materials as well, oh what size are the tiles

We would be loosing it to someone at a £10 a m2 over here if its easy fixing.

i would move from that area if people are working for 10£ per m2 for private job
