Colour Republic

Chick thighs coated in a special rub (I could tell you but I’d have to kill you and all that) Cubed potatoes with garlic and rosemary home blended olive oil, and garlic pan fried courgettes, washed down with a red Syrah (frankly at 5 years old i think it's past it's best but the other half says not:smilewinkgrin:)

Who of you are into your wines? I have a love of 'White' rioja at the moment
