What's new for 2011?

What you guys got planned business wise for 2011? Expand, take on staff, or other great plans. Im really going to start pushing Natural stone cleaning & repairs etc as i think that what i would do full time, and only take on tiling jobs i really want, mainly natural stone.

Im going to expand my area and advertise a bit further afield. Was talking about it to the wife earlier. I'd like a shop but thats a big step, a 3 year plan for that I think.

2011 is time tiler in Durham to concentrate on making sure 100% of clients able to employ my services.. so book early to avoid disappointment.

i started doing full bathrooms this year and it has worked well so if i have another year the same as this one ill be more than happy

also going to book a plastering course and start taking on the plastering myself

Put it this way... you pay 300quid or so for i site.. you get 1 good job,, then it pays for the site,, you are the pro tilers here so get ya self on the web.. only you can do it..

I am definetly doing a tiling and plumbing coarse this year and starting up self employed, up to now its just been family and friends, I need to spread my wings again like a big fat pheonix and learn to sore straight lol
